Ordering:  You may order SP products one of three ways:

By Mail:  Print the printable order form, mark what you want to order, and mail with a check to:  Starr Publications, 754 E Main St, Dallastown PA  17313.

By Phone:  Call us at PH (717) 309-6384 on any day between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. EST (except Sunday).  Have your order, address, and credit card info ready.  If we cannot answer, leave your name, phone number, a good time to call you, and exactly what you want to order. We will prepare the order, call you back to verify, take your credit card and address info, and mail your order.

By this Website:  Click on "Online Store," Click on SP, choose what you want, go to check out (or the bag), enter any discount codes, and pay by credit card. We will be notified immediately and usually your order will be processed within 5-6 days.  

Starr Publications resources are available on our website only by credit card.  

Charges:  Credit card charges are in US Dollars.

Shipping:  Orders will usually ship within five to six business days by USPS first class or priority mail.  We ship to the US and Canada. 

Discounts:  Each month, we offer a special discount to anyone.  Churches (see printable order form) and bookstores (call and ask for an order form) receive a discount for every bulk order.  . There will still be a shipping and handling charge.

Return Policy:  Defective items may be returned for a replacement copy within 20 days.  Email us or call us immediately if you have a problem.  Otherwise, we do not grant refunds.
