ORDERING  You may order SP products one of three ways:

By Mail:  Download or print our printable order form by clicking Printable Order Form  Mark what you want on that order form, and mail with a check to:                         Starr Publications, 754 E Main St, Dallastown PA  17313.  

By Phone:  Call us at PH (717) 309-6384 any day (except Sunday), 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. EST.  Have your order, address, and credit card info ready.  If we cannot answer, leave your name, phone number, a good time to call you, and exactly what you want to order. We will prepare the order, call you back to verify, take your credit card and address info, and mail your order.

By this Website:  Click on "Online Store," Click on SP, choose what you want, go to check out (or the bag), enter any discount codes you have, and pay by credit card. We will be notified immediately, and your order will be processed that day and shipped within 5-6 days.  

Starr Publications resources are available on our website only by credit card.  

Charges:  Credit card charges are in US Dollars.

Shipping:  Orders will usually ship within five to six business days by USPS first class or priority mail.  We ship to the US and Canada. Sometimes we have adjust the shipping to Canadian addresses.

Discounts:  Each month, we offer a special discount.  Churches may use the printable order form for everyday discounts, while bookstores may call and ask for a retail bookstore order form for bulk discounts. There will still be a shipping and handling charge.

Return Policy:  Defective items may be returned for a replacement copy within 20 days.  Email us or call us immediately if you have a problem.  Otherwise, we do not grant refunds.
